With the permission of a guest who is 13 years of age or older, information submitted at the time of Registration or submission may be used for marketing and promotional purposes by CCWS LLC and may be shared with companies that have been pre-screened by Champ Car World Series LLC. By providing CCWS LLC with your information, it will then be posed for display on the Extranet and available fur use by other members, with the exception of the “private” e-mail (which will only be viewed by the administrator). By registering with Champ Car World Series LLC, every effort will be made to maintain your information in a secure environment by Champ Car World Series LLC. Each member of the Extranet is responsible for keeping their information up-to-date and accurate.

Champ Car World Series LLC periodically sends out email newsletters and promotional email to our users about products and services offered by ChampCarWorldSeries.com and its advertisers, using email addresses provided on our registration form for site members, sports trivia games, or sweepstakes. Users always have the option of indicating that they do not wish to receive e-mail information from Champ Car World Series LLC or its advertisers. Third parties will not contact our users through the use of our email newsletter lists unless users ask to be placed on a list to receive email from our advertisers. Our newsletters may contain hyperlinks to advertisements, but users' computers will not automatically be linked to the advertisements.

1. Any person purchasing, bearing or using a ticket in connection with a CCWS LLC Event acknowledges:

   1. that CCWS LLC, and its licensees and assigns, exclusively and in perpetuity owns any and all rights to broadcast, transmit, film, tape, capture, overhear, photograph, collect or record by any means process, medium or device (including, but not limited to, television, cable television, radio, pay-per-view, closed circuit television, satellite signal, digital signal, film productions, audiotape productions, transmissions over the Internet, public and private online services authorized by CCWS LLC, sales and other commercial projects, and the like), whether or not currently in existence, all images, sounds and data (including, but not limited to, in-car audio, in-car video, in-car radio, other electronic transmissions between cars and crews, and timing and scoring information) arising from or during the CCWS LLC Event; and

   2. that CCWS LLC is and shall be the sole owner of any and all copyrights, intellectual property rights, and proprietary rights worldwide in and to these works and in and to any other works, copyrightable or otherwise, created from the images, sounds and data arising from or during the CCWS LLC Event.
